It was a real pleasure to work with the team at M. Shipway Landscapes - they worked on a range of projects on our property.

From a new boundary fence, an extension to our slate patio, re-configuration of a Water Feature, as well as foundation work for a new Garden Shed.

We felt they proactively sought our involvement throughout the process of our projects - Working with our suggestions, making sure to provide both a creative & practical solutions as our project required, supported by a willing enthusiasm to get the job done.

They took great care with our Slate Patio, sourcing a very specific & rare type of slate. We received many positive feedback & comments from our neighbours, and their water feature solution was thousands of pounds less expensive than other quotes we had received.

The work was not only completed to a high standard, Mark & Lee seemed to genuinely enjoy their work, as well as working together as team - not only that but the projects quoted price matched the final invoice.

I employed M. Shipway Landscapes as a consultant to help with the renovation of a 100 year old property, this involved removing two existing extensions, stripping out the property, and completing all of the groundworks, laying the foundations, drainage systems up to and over the site, and the concrete slab stage.

Mark liaised with the Architect & Building Control. I found Mark and Lee to be very professional, incredibly patient explaining what was happening at every stage of the project, polite and friendly, and very considerate to our neighbour, who runs an Air B&B. In the whole time that the work was taking place the guests never complained, as the team worked tasks around them - I have never worked with such clean & organized tradesmen.

I have no trouble recommending M. Shipway Landscapes to undertake any job, no matter the size - we will definitely be returning clients for our future projects.

Recently we had the base for our summerhouse installed, as well as a new patio area being laid.

Our new hard paved Garden is exactly what we wanted.
Mark excavated (Although I did get to have a play on the Mini-Digger he bought in!) Laid the sub-base & carefully selected the stone slabs, which where used to create the colour mix & random effect of the slabs.

Careful attention to detail, an accommodating manner, and very tidy working method that I would happily recommend!

I am very happy with everything, it's sturdy and really makes the property look a whole lot better. I would not hesitate to work with the team again, Ava especially - just watch your sandwiches.
